- Angie will weigh the ironing and inform you of the cost
- One of our experienced ironers will then iron the items with care and to your specification
- The items will then be returned to you within 48 hours
- Payment will be collected upon delivery, we accept cash, cheque or BACS payment

How much will it cost?
Regular Booking (Weekly/Fortnightly)
- £6.20 Per KG
- £5.70 Per KG (Over 65's and/or registered disabled)
Adhoc Booking
- £6.50 Per KG
- £6.00 Per KG (Over 65's and/or registered disabled)
Please note that our minimum collection charge is 4kg
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The minimum order value will be charged for all cancellations made within 24 hours and/or for missed appointments.
Our minimum order value is 4kg per collection, orders below that amount will still be charged at 4kg
Hangers and garment bags are provided, but must be returned for continuous use, failure to do so will incur charges
All ironing will be carried out to the instructions specified or otherwise agreed. Any damage or queries must be reported within 24 hours
We do not handle dry clean only garments
Any damaged or stained items will be returned un-ironed to avoid any misunderstanding. Any such items will be pointed out to you immediately when returned.
In the unlikely event of damage or loss of your garments we will compensate up to £30 per item unless agreed otherwise. A receipt of purchase or proof will be required
The turnaround is 48 hours unless unforeseen circumstances do not allow, in which case you will be informed as soon as possible
Payments overdue by more than 2 weeks will incur a 10% late payment fee
Use of our services implies acceptance and agreement to our terms
